We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer for our client.

In this role, you will be a central part of the development process, acting as a technical expert in Verification & Validation (V&V). You will drive and ensure that V&V activities are carried out efficiently, structured at the subsystem or system level, and with high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively review requirements and risks, and provide recommendations regarding verification and measurement methods.
• Contribute to the development, review, and follow-up of V&V plans.
• Produce fact-based recommendations and decision support through analyses, reports, and technical forums.
• Act as a technical reference and be responsible for test equipment, test environments, and configuration, including occupational health and safety aspects (OHS).
• Ensure that verification and validation activities are performed according to test specifications, processes, and quality requirements.
• Act as the primary customer representative in the development work, ensuring the customer perspective is considered throughout the entire development cycle.
• Collaborate closely with development, system, project, and product teams to ensure the right quality at the right time.
• Proactively ensure the status of machinery, such as configuration and maintenance.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in Verification & Validation, testing, or quality assurance within product development.
• Very good understanding of requirements management, risk analysis, and test methodology.
• Experience working with machinery in test environments and technical verification activities.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate clear, fact-based recommendations.
• A structured approach to work and good collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with both technical specialists and business representatives.
